MORGAN BARRY

Builder NSW, BSc(Arch), BArch(USyd)

Morgan has been designing & building architectural houses in NSW for over 20 years. Graduating in Architecture at the University of Sydney in the mid-1990’s, Morgan quickly moved into the design & building of architectural houses. Gaining a full builder’s licence soon after, it completed our unique stable of skills & expertise in the design & construction of architectural projects. Morgan brings an understanding of design, plus a pragmatic practicality that enables each project to fulfil its potential. Having built a great variety of projects under many different circumstances, Morgan can provide invaluable advice throughout the process – always with the best interest of the project & client in mind. Although Morgan is qualified in architecture, innovation in construction is a particular interest. Opportunities exist on all projects to improve the built product and building process – benefitting everybody involved.

BARRYBUILT Pty Ltd take our work seriously. Unlike many builders, we have invested heavily in equipment, machinery & tools of trade. This allows us to build efficiently & effectively, without relying on external suppliers or contractors. The project is clearly the winner.

JANE STEVENSON

Registered Architect NSW 7252, BSc(Arch), BArch(USyd)-Hons1

Jane graduated in Architecture at the University of Sydney in the mid-1990’s. After gaining industry experience with some of Sydney’s best Architectural Practices, Jane was admitted as a Registered Architect in NSW. For close to 20 years, she has specialised in Residential Architecture in Sydney. As a co-director of BARRYBUILT PTY LTD, Jane oversees all of our architectural work, as well as providing Project Management of houses under construction. These professional skills are put to work managing the administration of each project. Jane provides expert advice & skills throughout the whole process of delivering a beautiful new home.

BETH HODGSON

BA(Hons) DipArch RIBA 1&2

Beth is part of our Project Management & Administration team. She is a Registered Architect in the United Kingdom. She is an Experienced Project Manager with over 25 years within the Construction Industry of NSW. Beth has developed and manages our monthly Progress Claims and Cost Reporting systems.

BARRYBUILT PTY LTD

Employs a number of highly skilled Site Managers & Carpenters and Carpentry Apprentices. Each team member brings a unique set of skills and interests, which Morgan puts to best use on each & every project. Our Carpenters are involved on each project from the start to the finish, ensuring that meticulous standards are maintained throughout the build. It also provides a level of care and understanding that really does benefit the project. The Building team all invest their skills & passion into each and every project. Morgan, Jane & Beth provide management & administration support to ensure that the onsite team can focus on the job at hand.
