Morgan Barry was the builder on my building site for two years. This was a very large complex job, in a busy and challenging narrow Sydney street with more than its share of issues that ran from heritage concerns, arborists to trying neighbours, and enormous crane and some unfortunate flooding.
Obviously Bellevarde Constructions  are a most exacting and perfectionist company, so a very high level of finish was expected at every stage of the project. Morgan Barry’s ability to manage the technical aspects of the building along with motivating and managing a large, often disparate range of tradesmen was most impressive.
I never doubted that Morgan was anything other than completely honest and trustworthy. His ability to communicate articulately, occasionally firmly with council and suppliers was also mush appreciated.
 He is a most resourceful individual with whom I would happily build again, if I were ever silly enough to do such a thing

Morgan Barry carried out work as both architect and builder for our home renovation in Fairlight.  This was a major project involving a two-storey extension including a stunning open plan living area, an attic conversion with master bedroom suite and restoration of the federation part of our home.

We were extremely pleased with the end result and the transformation from a dark and dated modest house to a large, light home suited well to modern family living, well connected to our garden.

Our experience during the project was also successful.  As Morgan was both builder and architect, communication was simplified.  Morgan was able to come up with practical and economical solutions to any problems that occurred and modifications that were needed to the original design.  His attention to detail was particularly skilful, and suggestions for appropriate fixtures and fittings greatly appreciated.

We would highly recommend Morgan Barry to others - particularly in the context of both builder and architect, and we would certainly use him again for any future projects.

I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with BARRYBUILT for 2 major projects, firstly with a renovation and extension of a home in North Curl Curl, and recently with concept planning, design and DA submission of a $3m++ project in Clontarf. Morgan and Jane have always been great to work with, providing constant feedback and ideas. Most importantly, costs always came in under forecast, and there were never any ‘surprise’ costs that I hadn’t been made aware of.
